Wooden villa-apartment

By Mohammad Jamshidi

Location site

A Part of the city of Berlin, I have chosen as my site.

The materials used in the building is from wood. as the planes shows I have used from Kerto S LVL as floor beams, T LVL for studs and piles and Q LVL for panel wall.

Description of building

This design is formed on building of “Villa-apartment” units.  All buildings is a complex as much as it is a single-unit villa. In my design, I have decided each apartment complex to small building as unite, it means the villa has a home-forming units per complex.

Also, I have considered that, according to the each site and it’s size, length and width, we would be able picking together or overlay each villa unit, because the flexibility of design gives us this ability.

This also gives us more power, performance and installation and convenient control projects.
